Users of Trulink Technologies infrastructure are strictly prohibited from: (a) Attempting unauthorized penetration of Trulink Technologies firewalls; (b) Reverse-engineering Trulink Technologies integration logic; (c) Using Trulink Technologies hardware for illegal data mirroring or botnet activities. Trulink Technologies reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violations.
The "Trulink Technologies" brand, all digital blueprints, and the underlying logic of the Trulink Technologies portal are the exclusive intellectual property of our corporate entity. Unauthorized duplication of Trulink Technologies assets is prosecuted under regional jurisdictional law.
Trulink Technologies reserves the right to halt technical integration if a client fails to provide secure endpoint access or fails to settle Trulink Technologies invoices within the 15-day 2024 billing cycle.
Trulink Technologies often leverages third-party cloud APIs. Trulink Technologies is not liable for changes in these platforms' terms that may impact the functional output of Trulink Technologies solutions. We provide mitigation services at standard Trulink Technologies engineering rates.
Trulink Technologies shall not be liable for failures caused by regional power grid instability, fiber cuts by third-party contractors, or civic disruptions within the Thane industrial belt that are outside of Trulink Technologies control.
If any provision of these Trulink Technologies terms is found to be unenforceable by a regional court, the remaining provisions of the Trulink Technologies agreement shall remain in full technical and legal force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Trulink Technologies and supersede all prior verbal or written understandings. Only an authorized Trulink Technologies lead can modify these terms in writing.
