This policy covers refunds for digital and consulting services provided by Trulink Technologies. Trulink Technologies maintains a professional standard for all client transactions.
Once a consulting session with Trulink Technologies has taken place, it is non-refundable. Trulink Technologies provides expert hours that cannot be reclaimed.
Refunds for technical builds by Trulink Technologies are only available during the initial project discovery phase. Trulink Technologies does not issue refunds after code deployment.
When Trulink Technologies procures third-party enterprise hardware (nodes, storage, cabling) on behalf of a client, a 15% non-refundable procurement surcharge is applied. Refund for the hardware itself is subject to original manufacturer policies passed through by Trulink Technologies.
Fees for onsite emergency dispatches by Trulink Technologies in Thane are non-refundable once the Trulink Technologies technician has departed our hub. Trulink Technologies guarantees expert effort, not specific onsite resolution timeframes.
Subscription fees for the Trulink Technologies analytic cluster are billed monthly in advance. Trulink Technologies does not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Partner access remains active until the end of the paid period at Trulink Technologies.
Before a refund is processed, Trulink Technologies reserves the right to attempt technical mitigation of the reported issue. Trulink Technologies will dedicate up to 48 hours of engineering time to resolve the implementation gap before considering a fee reversal.
Refunds for Trulink Technologies technical seminars or staff training sessions are issued only if cancelled in writing 72 hours prior to the session start. A minor administrative fee is retained by Trulink Technologies.
Fees paid to Trulink Technologies for custom algorithmic development or system integration mapping are non-refundable once the design specification is signed off by the partner organization.
Approved refunds from Trulink Technologies are processed within 21 business days via NEFT or original wire transfer. Trulink Technologies is not liable for bank delays within the regional financial network.
