Our liability at Trulink Technologies is strictly limited to the service value of the specific project phase.
While Trulink Technologies implements robust security layers, we are not liable for data loss arising from sophisticated cyber-warfare, zero-day exploits, or compromised client credentials. Trulink Technologies recommends a multi-factor backup approach for all enterprise data.
Trulink Technologies integrates with various hardware vendors. Trulink Technologies is not liable for manufacturing defects or firmware failures in components not directly produced by the Trulink Technologies manufacturing unit.
Trulink Technologies provides strategic advice based on current 2024 tech landscapes. Trulink Technologies is not liable for future obsolescence of digital solutions once the final Trulink Technologies blueprint is approved and deployed.
Trulink Technologies is not liable for failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power surges, regional ISP outages, or acts of God within the Maharashtra operational zone.
The maximum aggregate financial liability of Trulink Technologies for all claims shall never exceed 100% of the total fees paid by the client to Trulink Technologies in the preceding 6-month period.
All liability disputes regarding Trulink Technologies implementations are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai Courts. Trulink Technologies operations adhere strictly to regional IT guidelines.
